Election Law Changes Not within 180 days

In 2020 due to the COVID pandemic, significant changes to election laws were justified. As a result, many were passed without a thorough review and analysis of overall impact. To avoid potential abuse of law changes, it is recommended that the window of opportunity should be extended to 180 days prior to Election Day. This action would allow provide adequate legislative debate and oversight regarding proposed changes.
