Eliminate no-excuse absentee ballot voting. Absentee ballots should be provided only to individuals who are too disabled to vote in person, or who will be out of town on Election Day or early voting days. Universal mail-in ballots and No Excuse absentee ballots have demonstrated to be vulnerable to be exploited with fraudulent activities. This has been affirmed by numerous whistle-blowers and acknowledged by the Heritage Foundation’s Election Fraud Database.
